– For Cookie and Farfalla orders under HKD 400, an additional delivery fee will apply (HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories: HKD 150).

Service Area
This service is only applicable to specified products and deliveries within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The service is limited to designated areas, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung. Deliveries to locations without elevator service, such as tenement buildings and village houses, customers have to come down to ground floor for collection. Delivery services are not available for restricted areas and locations where trucks are prohibited, including border restricted areas, outlying islands, Wan Chai Exhibition Centre, airport, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, or hotel receiving departments.
If the provided address is incorrect and the delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be responsible and will not receive a refund.
Areas Not Covered by Delivery Service
Restricted areas: Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Disneyland, Stanley, Shek O, Ocean Park, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Hei Ling Chau, Tiu Chung Chau, Tai O, Ngong Ping, Po Toi Island, Sai Kung restricted area, Wong Shek Pier, Kat O, Tap Mun, and related areas.
